Paul has 20+ years of experience in the recovery and waste management sector. Joined in 2020 as the first recruit! Overseen the design and construction of the Swansea site. Now responsible for all site operations.

Mark joined CWS in 2022 as recruit #2. Original Crew member! Managing the HS&Q for the permitted site and off-site works. Works with Pete on Third Party contracts.

Ollie was recruit #4. The first to be employed specifically for Swansea. Helped with commissioning of the lab and site operations.

Nick helped setup the company in 2020. Assists with strategy, finance and operations. Working part time and has other business interests. Had run a large Solvent and Oil Recovery company for 10 years and negotiated its sale in 2007.
